On the 4th of March, 2023 we successfully organized the very first Leo Run 2023 marking the World Obesity Day. The run which started from Maharanipokhari at Mangalbazar and ended at Adarsha Kanya Niketan was organized with two goals in mind.
- Raise awareness on obesity.
- Raise funds to support supplies for a rural school.
The run with about 200 plus registered participants was initated by the Hon. Deputy Mayor of Lalitpur Metropolitan City Mrs. Manjali Shakya Bajracharya, LCCI member Mr. Rupak Man Maharjan, our Immediate Past President Leo Abhinav Joshi and current president Leo Yaju Maharjan.
