Leadership, Experience & Opportunity
As a major project of the Lions Club of Kathmandu Kohinoor, Leo Club of Kathmandu Kohinoor was formed in July 2020 and chartered in September 2020 under the presidentship of Leo Shriya Shrestha, with the mission to provide the youth of our country an opportunity for development and contribution, individually and collectively as responsible members of the local and national community. During the initial phase, we only had 17 people as charter members of which 11 were on the board committee whereas the others were general members. Our Leo family has continuously grown since then, with a total of 26 Leos of which 16 of them are part of the board.

With the core values of LEO deeply ingrained within us, our club is dedicated to making meaningful contributions to society. Moreover, we actively promote the enhancement of personal growth, spanning both professional and individual aspects. Our guiding principle revolves around nurturing personality development through active engagement in social service. Currently, the role of president for the Lionistic year 2023/24 is held by Leo Yajana Subedi.
